We are seeking highly skilled and motivated tutors to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will deliver engaging, focused, and effective tuition across a range of levels and subjects, fostering knowledge transfer, skill development, and positive learning outcomes for students.

Tutor Roles & Levels

• High School Tutors - Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, English, Afrikaans. Knowledge of the IEB, CAPS, and/or Cambridge curriculum is required.
• Varsity Level Tutors - General Accounting, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Managerial Accounting, Finance, Auditing. Ability to tutor 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year, CTA, and Honors students.
• SAICA Board Exam Tutors - Accounting, Auditing, Taxation. 
• Business School Tutors -  Accounting and Financial Management. 

Key Skills & Competencies 

• Works collaboratively with colleagues and adapts approaches to support team objectives and individual student success
• Demonstrates understanding and responsiveness to students’ learning needs, providing guidance and support to foster academic growth
• Proven class facilitation and student engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
• Only graduates will be considered; candidates must have completed their qualifications and cannot tutor any subject they are still studying at any level.
• Clear criminal record

Key Performance Areas

• Source, prepare, and distribute learning materials to students on schedule 
• Strictly adhere to deadlines; only candidates who can reliably deliver on time should apply 
• Mark tests and exam scripts when required (marking experience is a bonus) 
• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions that align with student needs and curriculum requirements
