The Experiential Guide plays a vital role in supporting students both during their university journey and as they transition into the professional world. They help students navigate their experiences in university, ensuring that academic content is relatable to real-life experiences, and offer support with managing student life challenges. In addition, the Experiential Guide oversees the workplace readiness program, guiding students as they make the shift from academic life to professional work environments, using their own experiences as a tutor, mentor, trainee, and student to make the transition smoother.
