Once submitted by you, this form expresses your interest in being part of/partnering with AAA Foundation as a mentor and/or sponsor/donor as well as your consent to sharing the required details herein. Personal details are required and will not be shared with anyone outside of AAA
Foundations operations. The use of the personal information submitted in this form is limited to the intent of identifying and contacting mentors in any business and/or legal capacity.

 To qualify, applicants must be in their 3rd or 4th year of study in 2026 and registered for a BCom (General), BAccSci, PGDA (CTA), or General Accounting Honours degree. 

Instructions for Document Submission

Please scan and combine the following documents into a single attachment (PDF):

1. Copy of Your South African ID

2. Proof of Financial Need (e.g., payslips, tax returns, SASSA proof, or sworn affidavit)

3. Academic Transcript (most recent results)

4. Proof of Residence (e.g., utility bill or authority letter)

5. Recommendation Letter (Optional)
